I hired Designing Spacez to do a staging consult for my clients. My clients stated they were very professional throughout the consult. The advice that was given was useful and very practical. My clients and I both appreciated the fact that they would not have to spend a whole bunch of money to get their house ready. Suggestions were offered to stage with things that they already owned, or that they could buy inexpensively. They also had the options of short term rentals at very reasonable rates through designing spacez. After the consult, myself and my clients received a market ready check list so they could get to work right away. It was so helpful for them to have a check list to know what needed to be done. They got to work and "staged" their home and the end result was beautiful. The house sold in 2 days for 99% of list price.

I was so excited when Janet and her team arrived that morning, because I knew that they would find a perfect solution to the disarray I felt I was living in. My husband and I were so impressed by the innovative and creative ways that the furniture and art in our home was arranged. Janet and her team came up with solutions that we would never have dreamed of! All the rooms looked airy and relaxing. The furniture was beautifully arranged to accent our mountain view. The silk flower arrangements were amazing, and I had no idea that a bunch of sticks could look so decorative! Our children were also very happy with their rooms. Janet & Jackie met with us and walked through the house. When the day came to do the work, we were kicked out for the day and came back to view the rooms later in the day. When we walked back into our home and saw the changes to the front room we both smiled. What a difference they made by using a couple of our items and adding things like drapes. The best surprise came when we went into our bedroom and saw how they moved things around and picked up an accessory or two! My wife and I were totally blown away!!! My wife still smiles when she goes into our bedroom!! We felt that they made our home more of home with there changes. Great Work!!!
